Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected service, message and business name if provided. We also retain correspondence relating to your enquiry.

Our website and hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses and security logs, to operate and protect the website.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website.

How we use your information

How long we retain information

Enquiries that do not become client work are deleted from our email and WordPress records within 12 months after the last meaningful contact.

Client information is retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards where required for accounting obligations or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Technical logs and backup copies follow the hosting provider’s retention schedules. Analytics information follows the retention settings and deletion schedules of the relevant service.
